The American Bus Association sought a web partner to refresh their ageing design and make their website a larger piece of their communication strategy for the public, government officials and members.
The leading government association turned to CROSCON to help flush out their information architecture and build a custom CMS with their unique operations in mind. Altogether CROSCON was able to reorganize, redesign and redevelop a streamlined website that the association and its members would be proud of.
Before CROSCON was given the reins to re-architect Buses.org the site suffered from an immense amount of information that particularly cluttered their homepage.
The new site is more focused and straightforward, allowing visitors to quickly digest key alerts and headlines about the ABA’s progress on behalf of the motorcoach & transportation industry.
Improving Work Flow Efficiency
CROSCON built a custom CMS module that allows the association to simultaneously publish its industry-leading newsletter, the Insider, both online and via e-blast. ABA was able to ditch the painful routine of rebuilding each issue by .pdf and continues to save significant time and money by automating the publication process.
